Toddler Yoga!

Come join us for a toddler friendly lesson in rest and relaxation! Let’s get these littles to get their wiggles out in a calming environment and teach them the tools they need to implement some of these moves at home. The weather is getting nicer but the snow is still out so let’s utilize the time indoors to work on smart ways of getting our little’s to focus and relax instead of bouncing off the walls. Toddler yoga mats are provided but adults are more than welcome to bring their own and join in on the fun!
