Toddler Yoga!

Come join us for our January edition of our Toddler Yoga & Movement class next Tuesday! We will have fun learning yoga moves and our ABCs at the same time!

The cold won’t stop our kiddos from being active and neither should you, so come join us for some warm up stretches, story-time and yoga, music and movement, and a cool down to help get your littles calm and settled before you leave. Parents are encouraged to join in, we all can use some limbering up on these frigid days! So let’s all get our blood pumping together with friends and check work out off your daily to-do list 😉 RSVP today so we know how many littles to expect before we kick off the class!
