Toddler Yoga!

The cold won’t stop our kiddos from being active and neither should you! Come join us for a movement focused ABC Tuesday class tomorrow, December 9th! Join us for some warm up stretches, story-time and yoga, music and movement, and a cool down to help get your littles calm and settled before you leave. Parents are encouraged to join in, we all can use some limbering up on these frigid days! So let’s all get our blood pumping together with friends and check work out off your daily to-do list 😉
